DOLPHIN AND WHALES S.L. is a nautical excursion company pioneer in whale watching on the island of Gran Canaria.
Its aim is to offer a unique experience to its customers by bringing them closer to a natural environment where they can enjoy and acquire knowledge of cetaceans.
DOLPHIN AND WHALES S.L. is a company committed to environmental and social responsibility and it means both the creation of employment and the enhancement of Gran Canaria as a tourist destination.

ORGANISATIONAL INFORMATION
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION:
DOLPHIN AND WHALES S.L. is a trading company governed by the following regulations:
- RDL 1/2010 of 2 July 2010 on the revised text of the Capital Companies Act.
- RDL 13/2010 of 3 December 2010 on fiscal, labour and liberalisation measures to promote investment and job creation.
- Law 12/2014, of 26 December, on transparency and access to public information.
INFORMATION ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
The entity has not entered into any minor contracts in 2021 and has not participated in any tenders with any public entity.
ANNUAL ACCOUNTS.
DOLPHIN AND WHALES S.L. complies with its legal obligation to deposit its annual accounts in the Mercantile Register of Las Palmas, where they can be requested.
EXTERNAL AUDITS
The entity does not carry out audits of accounts and audits by external control bodies, as specified in article 263 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, which approves the revised text of the Capital Companies Act,
Article 263. Auditor of accounts.
- The annual accounts and, where appropriate, the annual report must be audited by an auditor.
2. Companies shall be exempt from this obligation if, for two consecutive financial years, they meet at least two of the following conditions at the end of each of them: - a) That the total of the asset items does not exceed two million eight hundred and fifty thousand euros.
b) That the net amount of its annual turnover does not exceed five million seven hundred thousand euros.
c) That the average number of workers employed during the financial year does not exceed fifty.
Our entity does not meet any of the circumstances reflected in the previous sections.
INFORMATION ON AGREEMENTS AND MANAGEMENT ENTRUSTMENTS
In 2021, the entity has not entered into any agreement or management entrustment with any public entity.
GRANTS AND SUBSIDIES
Below is the list of aid and subsidies received from public administrations and bodies for the year in question.
1.- Subsidy AIMED AT MAINTAINING THE ACTIVITY of workers and SMEs in the sectors most affected by the crisis derived from the COVID-19.
