How can I make a reservation?

To enjoy the experience, you can purchase tickets through our website or at our stand, located next to our boat in the Puerto Rico harbor.

What is the duration of the experience?

The trip lasts 2.5 hours. We usually depart twice a day: once at 10:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. The latter trip generally includes a short swimming stop, weather permitting.

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

It is possible to modify your booking (date and time), provided the change is made with sufficient notice and there is availability.

Can the company cancel an excursion?

Yes. To cancel a reservation, you must contact our staff during office hours at +34 928 562229 or send an email. The amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is properly justified.

How do I get to Puerto Rico harbor?

If you have a vehicle, head to Puerto Rico and access the harbor located on the left when facing the sea. This is our base harbor, where you will find the “Spirit of the Sea” about 70 meters from the entrance. These directions are necessary because there are currently two harbors in Puerto Rico.

If you do not have your own vehicle, you can use public transportation and, once in Puerto Rico, head towards our base harbor.

Can I get there without my own vehicle?

We offer a pickup service included in the price, which must be requested at the time of booking. The pickup service is available in the following areas: from Mogán to Playa del Cura, and from Bahía Feliz to Meloneras.

If you prefer to use public transportation, we recommend asking at your hotel reception, as there are many options available.

Is there parking available?

Yes, the harbor itself serves as a parking area where you can park near the boat for approximately €3 for a duration of 2 hours.

There is also the option to park on the street or in the blue zone located near the harbor.

Can I get seasick on board during the trip?

Yes, there is a possibility of experiencing seasickness due to the movement of the boat and sea conditions. To prevent discomfort, the most effective option is to visit a pharmacy beforehand and obtain medication designed to prevent motion sickness.

What is the capacity of the ship?

The ship was originally built for 120 seats, however, never embarks more than 100 people including crew, leaving enough space for all passengers.

The boat was built for this activity and in addition to the safety aspects, it was built with the comfort of the passengers in mind, so that the maximum number of passengers could have a place with the best possible view of the sea to enjoy the marine life on the surface: dolphins, whales, sea turtles, flying fish…

Is there a toilet on the ship?

Yes, the boat has a toilet that can be used during the navigation.

Can I get seasick on the boat?

Yes, like everything else at sea, if the sea moves, the ship moves and this can make some people seasick.

How can I avoid motion sickness?

The best thing to do is to take measures against seasickness before boarding the ship. There are various products available in pharmacies to combat seasickness when travelling, whether by boat, car, plane, etc.

There are pills, chewing gum, acupressure bracelets and other products.

On board, it is best to avoid moving from place to place and enclosed spaces.
